Donate

If you would like to contribute financially to the protection of Ingram River Wilderness Area, please consider donating directly to the St. Margaret's Bay Stewardship Association.

St. Margaret’s Bay Stewardship Association (SMBSA) is a charitable status organization that has been promoting responsible stewardship of St. Margaret’s Bay and the watersheds that feed it since 2003. Key to this mission is the protection of the Ingram and Indian river systems. These ecologically significant waterways can help maintain the health of the entire bay. And they are the backbones of the proposed Ingram River Wilderness Area.

Sign our petition

A citizen-led group is working to save the IRWA, and with the help of the Ecology Action Centre, a petition was created to show the provincial government the demand to end the destructive forestry practices in the area.

Adopt A Stream!

We advocate for good, clean, and abundant water as it is essential for people and for the environment to survive. Through our partnership with the Adopt-A-Stream Program, we’ve helped restore the aquatic habitats of waterways in the Proposed Ingram River Wilderness area.
